This includes Identity & Account Data, such as your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number (collected via sign-up), which is necessary for account creation, authentication, service provision, and user communication. We also collect Technical Data, including your IP Address, Device Identifiers (IDFA, Android ID), Device model, and Operating System version, essential for service security, fraud prevention, technical diagnostics, and analytical reporting.
2. Data Processing and Third-Party Processors
We utilize third-party services which process your data:
Google Gemini API: Processes the uploaded chart image and follow-up questions to generate the analysis response. The uploaded image is NOT retained by TechAISolutions Group.
Google Firestore: Used for secure storage and retrieval of the user's historical AI-Generated Analysis Responses.
Payment Gateway (e.g., Razorpay): Processes payment transactions. We do not store your full payment card details.
3. Data Retention and User Rights
Analysis History: Your saved AI-Generated Analysis Responses can be deleted by you anytime within the Application.
